Size or Color Changes:
No order modifications will be accepted after it has been placed.
Order Cancellations:
We do not allow cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligibility Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@chaptrzero.com
Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
Return/Exchange Costs:
- Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs when returning item(s) to ChapterZero’s fulfillment center. The cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded once received and inspected; however, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Exclusions:

Collaboration items, limited edition releases, and any item marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all original tags attached.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@chaptrzero.com with photos of the defects and your order number.
We will review the case and offer a resolution accordingly.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
