Shipping policy

Shipping rates are determined based on your specific destination and the total weight of the items. To receive an accurate shipping estimate, kindly input your shipping information on the checkout page. This will ensure you are provided with the most accurate cost for delivering your order to your location.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, shipping destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 12 business days before contacting us in regards to your order. If you have yet to receive your order within this timeframe please contact us at info@chaptrzero.com.

Returned to Sender Packages. If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to ChapterZero by the courier, we will contact you and refund the merchandise, with a $5 USD deduction as a processing fee. The original shipping fee is not refundable. 

Order Processing. Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Please allow up to 2 business days to fulfill your order. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Estimated Shipping Times. Please note that all shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. ChapterZero is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any additional time required for international customs clearance.
